Returns/Exchange Policy

The Nursing Store Inc. believes that most online shoppers will use the tools available (such as the sizing charts, available colors, fabric details, patterns etcetera) to select the product(s) that meet their needs before making a purchase. However, we understand that even with the best intentions and usage of the available resources, we are humans and are therefore prone to making mistakes.

We are committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible. In the event that merchandise purchased from our online store needs to be returned to us, we require/expect the following:

  1. Products cannot be worn, soiled, washed, bleached, dyed, embroidered,
    damaged, or altered in any way. If any of these conditions apply, you will not be refunded for your purchase.
  2. Products must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  3. Completed Returns and Exchange form with items being returned.
  4. That your mailing address match our records.

Please be aware that a refund will be made via your initial payment method after the returned items are received in acceptable condition. For example, if you used your Mastercard ending in 1234 to make a purchase, your refund will be credited back to your Mastercard ending in 1234 after the purchased items are received and checked.
Refunds will only be made when the actual product(s) is/are received in the required condition.
